Mikołaj BarczentewiczMikołaj Barczentewicz, founder of „Antitrust in Poland”. Mikołaj studies law and philosophy in the College of Inter-Faculty Individual Studies in the Humanities (College MISH) at the University of Warsaw and currently serves as vice president of the Competition and Consumer Protection Society (Koło Naukowe Ochrony Konkurencji i Konsumentów) at the Faculty of Law and Administration.

Piotr BorowiecPiotr Borowiec, legal counsel, national correspondent of Institute of Competition Law. As a EU & Competition Lawyer Piotr cooperated with Sołtysiński Kawecki & Szlęzak (2009-2011), and Lovells (currently Hogan Lovells) (2007-2009). Piotr also worked as a case handler in the Office of Competition and Consumer Protection (2005-2007). Graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration at Maria Curie Sklodowska University in Lublin (2004), Piotr also accomplished postgraduate studies on competition law at Intellectual Property Law Institute, Jagiellonian Univiersity in Krakow (2005). Arkadiusz FaleckiArkadiusz Falecki, associate in the fuel and energy department of Grynhoff, Woźny i Wspólnicy, earlier he worked as a case handler at the Energy Regulatory Office and the Office of Competition and Consumer Protection. Arek has graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration at Warsaw University and completed LL.M. studies in the field of competition law at the University of Amsterdam (2006). Since 2008, Arek is a trainee legal counsel at the Regional Chamber of Legal Advisers in Warsaw. Author and co-author of publications regarding the field of energy law and competition law, among others Poland Country Report on „Competition Law in Western Europe and the USA”, Kluwer Law International 2008-2010, Energy Law Commentary Wolters Kluwer Poland, 2010.

Katarzyna MrzygłódKatarzyna Mrzygłód, is a member of competition group at Baker & McKenzie Warsaw office. She has graduated with honours from the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Warsaw as well as the Center for American Studies (University of Florida with association of Warsaw University). Katarzyna was an initiator of the Competition and Consumer Protection Society (Koło Naukowe Ochrony Konkurencji i Konsumentów) at the Faculty of Law and Administration. In 2010 she was admitted to District Bar of Advocates in Warsaw (advocate trainee).

Szymon SypSzymon Syp is a Ph.D. candidate (Economics) at Collegium of World Economy at the Warsaw School of Economics and LL.M. thesis candidate (2011) at Maurer School of Law, University of Indiana. He graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Warsaw and from the Center for American Law Studies in Warsaw. He also studied at the Levin College of Law, University of Florida, Maurer School of Law in Bloomington, University of Indiana and Columbia Law School Summer Program in Amsterdam. Before he started his LL.M. program he worked at Spaczyński Szczepaniak i Wspólnicy sp.k. He is a member of Polish Competition Law Association and Permanent Cooperator at CSAIR (School of Management, University of Warsaw.

Ewa TaborEwa Tabor is a competition lawyer with Hogan Lovells and a graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration from University of Warsaw (she received a diploma with distinction in 2010). She graduated from the Centre for American Law Studies (the course organised jointly by the University of Florida and the University of Warsaw) and the first circle of the course on comparative law at the University of Strasbourg as well. Since 2008 she has done internships in reputable law firms in Warsaw. In 2008-2010 she served as the Vice – President of the Competition and Consumer Law Society. Recently she has joined Polish Competition Law Association.
